Abigail's beautiful wedding cake

Jennifer's Wedding Cake

This wedding cake served 78 people.  The bride chose a simple buttercream frosting with gray ribbon and fresh flowers.  The reception was held at the Palmer Building near uptown Charlotte.

Camping/Outdoor activities Groom's Cake

This two tiered cake was thought up by the mother of the Groom.  We placed a sign showing all of the significant places this young couple had gone too.  They both love camping.  Plus the groom loves astronomy.  The brook has edible chocolate rocks coming down the sides.  The cake flavors are chocolate with cookies and cream and vanilla on the top.

This fall cake was taken to the Dairy Barn in Fort Mill on a beautiful cold November day.
Serving size 100 peopleAmy had an indoor outdoor wedding at Anne Springs in Ft. Mill, S.C. Her wedding cake is setting on a tree that has been cut to size. The leaves surrounding the cake were made by Amy's mom. Nestled between the leave cookies are white chocolate truffles. The top two tiers of her wedding cake are carrot cake with a cream cheese filling. The bottom tier is white chocolate. Serving size is 102 plus

This was a wedding cake that I delivered to the Claiborne House in Ft. Mill, SC.  Serving size 130
The bride chose 4 different flavors for her cake  almond butter with a ganache filling, chocolate with a raspberry mousse filling, yellow butter with another ganache filling and the largest cake is red velvet with a cream cheese filling.  The flowers are all buttercream flowers.  The ribbon is made from fondant.

I did this wedding cake for a very sweet bride. Her colors were black and gold....very elegant colors. She chose 2 flavors for her cake. Chocolate fudge with a cream cheese filling and Golden Butter with a cream cheese filling. Both excellent choices. This cake will serve approximately 175 people
